Repurposed Frame

There's always a very SPECIAL FEELING when I see my own project in print.
This piece of article is no exception which appeared in Scrap365 Aug/Sept issue.

Using my favorite Webster's Pages and our own Frame from Truffula Forest.

It's a very simple and quick project to accomplish which requires no sewing.
LOVE any projects that saves me time and requires minimum effort =P

Drop by our Pop Up Store this weekend (30th and 31st August) and visit us!

Have a blessed Weekend.

A Layout

Popping in to share a layout I've done using My Mind's Eye's August Sketch….

Totally enjoyed using some past season's MME's embellishments and pastel watercolor for the background.

Enjoy the last week of August, everyone!

I *Heart* my Pastel Colored Planners

I've been really interested in crafting on small areas as of late.
Crafting on something portable, contained and functional has always appealed to me.
Hence, the idea of dolling up my personal organizer and accessorizing with my existing paper craft stash inspired me so much.

These pastel beauties are not only irresistibly gorgeous. They are ALSO SO Useful.
One planner isn't insufficient for me, it seems. One for my Prayer Journal, One for business related another for daily appointments …
You get the idea =)

Here's the REAL DEAL !
TRUFFULA FOREST is offering FREE SHIPPING Worldwide for all their planners (Both A5 and A6).
More Details on the free shipping code can be found HERE and HERE . Don't miss the opportunity to own one of these beautiful planners.
Pssst …. I hear there's ONLY limited MINT A5 sized planner left. Go grab one before it goes out of stock again =)

Here's a peek of what I usually do on one of my A5 planner… so spacious.

Blessed weekend,

Do forgive if you've been checking in every now and then …. but disappointed from the lack of post.
It has been the most tumulous period in my life and while I get the hang of coping, I might just be a little more diligent in posting.
Hook up on my Instagram for frequent updates !

It decided to stop hoarding and start creating with my favorite products.
My Mind's Eye's Market Street was right in my bucket-list of NEED craft items and I'm well glad to put these beauties into good use.
Inspired by MME'S July Sketch Challenge.

Here're a couple assignments using Melissa France's products…

Simply love glitter and mica flakes! Silver is my new LOVE.

Another couple of projects using Webster's Pages...

Take Care!

Sheer Joy with flowers ...

It ALWAYS gives me great satisfaction and delight when creating with Prima flowers.
Certainly, I miss my time designing for them a couple of years back! =)
Such privilege again, to have the honor of using Prima's gorgeous products for Scrap365 Magazine. This time for Scra365's Blog May Product Highlight...

A 12x12" layout page. Boy, this has to be THE page. It was created swiftly when my creative voice started to call.

Here's a card. Totally adore the background - created using distress inks. LOVE my distress ink pads!

Since dabbling with Project Life's Pocket System, I've shelved the idea of creating more mini albums. This is one of the few which will come in handy for some of my photos!

Thank you for stopping by!

Life is a little bumpy at the moment.
Time and time again, I wonder how much [GRACE] has been shown and I just can't help but look up and give thanks.
TRUFFULA FOREST has gained momentum and do expect more regular and new addition to the store each month.

Wanna know which is my favorite piece at the moment?
It has to be this wooden striped tray! Unusually designed with wooden screen print.
Perfectly imperfect with its natural wood grain and print.

Here're a couple of Off-The-Page Projects created for Webster's Pages.

One For Easter.
I took great care in preserving these white egg shells. I wonder why I've never thought of using the shells earlier!
A natural way to recycle and it works beautifully with wild flowers.

A card ; and I love adding ribbon-ly bulk and bits to dramatize the card.

and finally, a card made for My Mind's Eye May Challenge (Using Now & Then HELLO Enamel Shapes):

Be Blessed.

Documenting in Page Pockets

Truth is life can be pretty unpredictable.
Fact is crafting has always helped me to find balance during difficult times and sometimes it's during crafting time that I feel His tender presence. Doing page pocket documenting changed my perspective and purpose of papercrafting.
It gives me greater meaning and most importantly, it's QUICK and much simpler.

As you can see, instead of capturing our everyday life and documenting every photo in the week, I frequently document important and meaningful events and happenings in our family life. We write our own stories in pictures and journaling.

It REALLY is much more manageable and the sense of satisfaction is unspeakable.

This style of furnishing our lives with details is here to stay....
